Terms of Service

"SalonsHub" refers to our company, website, mobile applications, and services.

"Users" refers to individuals who access or use SalonsHub, including customers booking appointments and salon businesses listing their services.

"Salon Partners" refers to beauty and wellness businesses that list their services on SalonsHub.

"Services" refers to the features, functions, and tools offered through the SalonsHub platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use SalonsHub. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

To use certain features of SalonsHub, you may need to register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information to maintain its accuracy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify SalonsHub immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use SalonsHub to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Engage in fraudulent activities or transactions
• Distribute viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to SalonsHub systems
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse engineer any portion of SalonsHub

SalonsHub reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these provisions, including removing content and terminating accounts.

When you book an appointment through SalonsHub, you may be required to provide payment details. You agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Salon Partners set their own cancellation policies, which will be clearly displayed before you confirm your booking. By confirming a booking, you agree to comply with the applicable cancellation policy.

If you cancel an appointment in accordance with the Salon Partner's cancellation policy, you may be eligible for a refund according to that policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges as specified in the cancellation policy.

SalonsHub charges service fees for facilitating bookings. These fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using SalonsHub, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that the information you provide to SalonsHub may be made available to Salon Partners to facilitate your bookings and improve your experience.

All content on SalonsHub, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of SalonsHub or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from SalonsHub without our express written consent.

SalonsHub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for their intended purposes in accordance with these Terms.

SALONSHUB IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

SALONSHUB DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR QUALITY OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING SALON PARTNER LISTINGS, SERVICES, REVIEWS, OR AVAILABILITY.

SALONSHUB IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS, CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR DATA OF THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING SALON PARTNERS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SALONSHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

SALONSHUB'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SALONSHUB IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of SalonsHub shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Any claim must be filed within one year after such claim arose; otherwise, the claim is permanently barred.

SalonsHub may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use SalonsHub will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SalonsHub regarding your use of our Services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

SalonsHub's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
